Jordan Shoff, a dedicated Business Development Manager, thrives in the Lafayette area. He was born and raised in West Lafayette, graduating from Harrison High School. With an extensive background in the flooring industry spanning over five years, Jordan embraces his hometown. He finds immense joy in creating strong connections within the business community. When he’s not strategizing growth opportunities, Jordan is an avid sports enthusiast, specifically Purdue sports. Most of all he cherishes quality time with his loved ones. Jordan and his wife raise five children together and regularly embark on memorable vacations.
Gavin Gage
Project Manager
Gavin Gage, a skilled professional, excels in cultivating meaningful connections. With a rich background at Menards, where he honed his expertise in quoting materials for commercial projects in Lafayette, Gavin possesses a diverse range of skills and experiences. His comprehensive background enables him to approach projects from various angles, providing a unique perspective. Beyond his professional endeavors, Gavin spends most of his time on home renovation and weekend projects for his newly purchased house. Basketball and soccer hold a special place in his heart, as he appreciates the thrill of these sports. Overall Gavin is an avid sports enthusiast, finding joy in staying active and engaging in outdoor activities. Nowadays, he immerses himself in hunting, fishing, and kayaking often accompanied by his dog. During the summers you can find him and his fiancé at the lake enjoying the water and warm weather.

Chad Eldridge, born and raised in Brookston, IN, has dedicated his entire career to the flooring industry. Seeking to make a difference in his local community, Chad joined the Jack Laurie Group after moving to Lafayette. As a Field Superintendent, he found his true calling and ensures that projects meet the industry's highest standards with precision and attention to detail. Outside of work, Chad relishes leisurely walks with his Bulldog, spending time with friends, and playing cards. His commitment to personal and professional growth makes him a well-rounded individual dedicated to enhancing his community.
