We’re excited to share an important update about the continued growth and evolution of Jack Laurie Group.
As of October 31, 2025, Jack Laurie Cleaning Services (JLCS) has officially been acquired by Clean Team, Inc., a respected and expanding janitorial services company headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, with an established presence in both Fort Wayne and Indianapolis.
This acquisition will more than double Clean Team’s footprint in Indiana and marks a positive new chapter for both organizations. Clean Team shares many of the same values that have guided Jack Laurie Group for more than seven decades, including integrity, accountability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to both employees and customers. Because of that alignment, this partnership represents a natural and mutually beneficial fit.

While the transaction has officially closed, the JLCS and Clean Team transition teams will continue to work from Jack Laurie Group facilities over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth and successful handoff.
