Epoxy floors are seamless floors that vary in thickness from a few millimeters up to three-eighths of an inch. Any floor that is exposed to heavy forklift usage, constant exposure to water or chemicals and/or thermal shock is an excellent candidate for an epoxy floor.

Once properly cured, epoxy floors are impervious and hard as rock. They can withstand water, sugars, acids and solvents. Additionally, they can have compression strength of more than 1,000 pounds per square inch (PSI rating).

Besides all these great performance attributes, they also can be made to look decorative by adding color pigments into the epoxy resins. Because of all these benefits, an epoxy floor is the standard for food and chemical processing plants, along with warehouse and other industrial facilities.
