“Making spaces a better place to work and live” isn’t just a tagline for The Jack Laurie Group. We live and breathe this motto through our professional and volunteer work in the community.
We are proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne to help strengthen our community. In three years, our team has helped raise nearly $50,000 for the organization and helped with six home builds. Most recently, the team helped install windows, build a porch and install cross bracing for a home on Creighton Avenue in Fort Wayne.

Christine Lyons, Business Development Manager for Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs, says it’s an honor and a privilege to help people see their dream of home ownership come true. Lyons leads the Habitat for Humanity volunteer work for Jack Laurie Group.
“The housing market is hard right now for all families, but especially low income families. Habitat’s program gives them a hand up, not a hand out. These families work hard for their homes, they earn them. I love being a part of that,” Lyons says.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and donations for the organization slowed, Lyons organized a golf outing to ensure Habitat continued to receive vital donations. What started as a small fundraiser is now growing and the Jack Laurie Group is proud to host the 3rd annual golf outing at the Brookwood Golf Club on September 21st, 2022 benefiting Habitat. In addition to helping with building homes and hosting fundraisers, the Jack Laurie Group also participates in the Restore Your Passion fundraiser for Habitat.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne is a nonprofit Christian housing ministry uniting volunteers and local investors with qualified families to build safe, stable and affordable homes in the Greater Fort Wayne area.
